None Numerically Finer at PCGS

1914-S $20 MS66 PCGS. From a substantial mintage of nearly 1.5 million pieces, the 1914-S Saint-Gaudens double eagle can only be called scarce in MS66 condition, but finer coins are virtually unobtainable. This impressive Premium Gem exhibits well-detailed design elements and impeccably preserved orange-gold surfaces, with vibrant mint luster on both sides. PCGS has graded no numerically finer examples (5/17).(Registry values: N2998)
