Description
1821 1C N-1, R.1, AU50 PCGS. This piece is moderately well-detailed but there is trivial weakness on the peripheral stars. The chocolate-brown surfaces are mostly smooth with a few light marks on the obverse. A small area of planchet roughness is seen near stars 12 and 13. Our EAC grade VF30. Population (both varieties included): 20 in 50, 43 finer (6/17).Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2258, Variety PCGS# 36706, Base PCGS# 1621, GSID# 80274)
