1870 5C MS66+ PCGS. The 1870 had a moderate mintage of 4.8
million examples, and it ranks ninth scarcest in overall rarity in
the series. This Plus-designated Premium Gem displays bright
nickel-gray luster and faint hints of ice-blue toning on its satiny
surfaces. A few trivial carbon flecks can be seen with a loupe, but
do not affect the overall appearance or appeal of this high-end
