1875 25C PR65 PCGS. CAC. Briggs-Unlisted. The die pair is unlisted in Briggs. The 1875 proof quarter is seldom seen at the Gem grade level. This piece is fully struck and displays deep mirroring beneath old-time mint-green and lavender-gray toning on both sides. The obverse shows considerable cameo contrast emerging from beneath the patina, the reverse less so. Population: 11 in 65, 4 finer.
