Impeccably Preserved
1905-S 50C MS65 PCGS. The recently published Guide Book
of Barber Silver Coins suggests a survivorship of 25 to 30
1905-S half dollars in MS65 or higher, but the certification totals
indicate that figure may be generous. This Gem is typically sharp
for the issue. Softly frosted mint luster radiates over impeccably
preserved surfaces with occasional lavender-gold accents.
Encapsulated in a green label holder. Population: 6 in 65, 6 finer
