Description
1830 10C Medium 10C, JR-7, R.4, MS63 NGC. A die break from Liberty's hair curls toward star 12 aids in identification of this relatively plentiful variety, which is conditionally elusive in high grade. The present Select example displays slight softness on the fletchings and the eagle's neck but is otherwise well-struck. Mottled aquamarine and golden-russet toning appears on each side with a few minor abrasions.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2379, Variety PCGS# 38844, Base PCGS# 4516, GSID# 213087)
