Description

1932-D 25C MS63 PCGS Secure. The mintage was low -- just 436,800 pieces -- as one might expect for the country in the midst of a Great Depression. Along with the 1932-S, the 1932-D represents the key Washington quarter issue, and Uncirculated examples are always in high demand. Soft mint luster glows beneath sharply struck lilac-gray surfaces of this Select Mint State example. A few flecks of deeper toning confirm the original surfaces.(Registry values: N208)
