Description:
1868 Five-Cents, Judd-634, Pollock-706, R.7, PR 62 Brown PCGS. The obverse is the design for the three-cent nickel enlarged for the five-cent format. The reverse, however, has a large V in the center that is surrounded by a laurel wreath, and a scroll with the motto above has a Maltese cross within the uppermost folds. Struck in copper with a plain edge. Deep iridescent blue, sea-green, scarlet, and brown colors are splashed across each side. (PCGS# 60634)
