Description

1832 50C Small Letters MS60 PCGS. O-122, R.1. This variety is attributed by a short, vertical line from the right (facing) corner of the shield, and a tine protruding from the right (facing) base of the second T in STATES. Most all of the dentilation shows, and the design elements are well centered on the planchet. A light to medium golden-gray patina bathes each side, with the obverse showing splashes of deep purple-blue. Adequately struck, with no significant marks apparent.(#6160) (Registry values: N991) (NGC ID# 24FW, PCGS# 6160)
