While technically a pattern, the Continental Dollar is a perpetually popular item because of its close association with the American Revolution. Strikings are known in pewter (or tin), brass, silver, and copper. This example displays medium to dark gunmetal-gray color and appears to be slightly buckled from 10 o'clock to 4 o'clock.
