1783 1C Washington & Independence Cent, Draped Bust, Copper Restrike, Engrailed Edge PR65 Red and Brown PCGS. Baker-3. R.1. Glimmers of faded orange color in the recesses. A mid 19th century restrike of British origin, being attributed to either London dealer W.S. Lincoln or Birmingham medalist W.J. Taylor. Listed on page 59 of the 2003 Guide Book.
