Description:
1787 COPPER New Jersey Copper, Small Planchet, Plain Shield XF45 PCGS. CAC. Maris 43-d, W-5225, R.1. A well defined chocolate-brown New Jersey type coin with ideal centering and only a few unimportant obverse marks. The diagonal crack on the shield is customary for the Maris marriage. Listed on page 66 of the 2012 Guide Book. (PCGS# 506)
