Description:
1788 COPPER Connecticut Copper, Mailed Bust Left XF40 PCGS. M. 9-E, High R.5. A sharp deep brown piece that is pleasantly free from verdigris, and has only one mentionable abrasion, a pinscratch across the waist. Several planchet streaks of mint origin are noted. Slightly off center toward 7 o'clock, but all legends are fully present. The upper obverse exhibits prominent clash marks. Listed on page 60 of the 2006 Guide Book. (PCGS# 403)
