Description

1925 Lexington Half Dollar, MS67
Untoned Silver-White Example

1925 50C Lexington MS67 PCGS. This Superb Gem 1925 Lexington half dollar is one of 12 such seen in this numeric grade at PCGS (including three Plus coins), and a single MS68 is finer (9/13), making this piece an essential for a fine collection or Registry Set. This piece could also form part of a nice Civil War-themed "short set" of silver commemorative halves, including the Gettysburg, Antietam, Grant, Stone Mountain, and several other issues. The silver-white surfaces are thickly frosted and full of eye appeal throughout with no trace of toning, a seemingly immaculate coin.(Registry values: N4719) (NGC ID# 28KK, PCGS# 9318)
