Description:
Richly Toned VF 1795 Bolender-1 Flowing Hair Dollar
1795 $1 Flowing Hair, Two Leaves VF20 NGC. B-1, BB-21. A common die marriage, yet always in demand for type purposes. This is a very attractive VF representative with rich, original, lavender-gray toning. The higher points of the design are lighter in appearance with much of the present wear. Overall, however, the definition is appreciably bold for an early Silver Dollar that saw this extensive circulation. There are no mentionable blemishes on the surfaces, but a few shallow rim bruises are noted for accuracy. (NGC ID# 24WZ, PCGS# 6853)

Learn About Consigning With Us
What I most appreciated was how thorough you were when we initially met, how you were conservative in your estimates, not trying to get me to consign by giving false expectations, and then for delivering above and beyond on your commitment to me of a wonderful marketing campaign and a first rate catalog and photos, all of which resulted in a final total price realized that was nicely higher than what you had told me to expect.
