Description:
Choice XF Small Eagle 1795 Ten Dollar
1795 $10 13 Leaves XF 45 NGC. B. 4-B, R.6. Easily identifiable as the B reverse by the presence of a comet-shaped die lump to the left of the first A in AMERICA. The orange-gold surfaces show a light accent of reddish patina over the devices. Minimally abraded for a coin that has seen 15 points of wear, the most noticeable flaws being a planchet void in the field out from stars 3 and 4, and on the reverse a small cluster of abrasions beneath the eagle's right (facing) wing.
From the Dr. Robert W. Dingle Collection. (NGC ID# 25ZT, PCGS# 8551)
