First-Year 1794 Half Dime Rarity, V-11794 H10C Fine 12 ANACS. V-1, LM-1, R.6. The rarest of the four known die marriages of this premier half dime delivery, this coin is richly toned in steel-gray and charcoal shades with tinges of golden-blue and pink colors intermingled throughout. There are some abrasions scattered over both sides, the devices retain a suitable amount of definition for this well circulated grade level. The 1794 and 1795 have a combined mintage of 86,416 pieces, but, since most of these coins were probably dated 1795, the former issue is the most difficult to locate of the two-year Flowing Hair type.
