1884 1C Indian Cent--Struck 20% Off Center--AU55 PCGS. Struck widely off center toward 12 o'clock, portions of the wreath ribbon and STATES OF are off the flan. An unmarked and lightly circulated golden-brown piece. A small gray speck is nestled near the N in CENT.
