1885 G$1 MS66 NGC. CAC. This is an incredible Premium Gem from a modest mintage of just 11,156 coins. As opposed to some other years, only a few higher grade pieces survive of the 1885. This example displays a prooflike appearance, with mirrored fields around lustrous, sharply defined devices. Census: 55 in 66 (1 in 66+), 29 finer (4/13).(Registry values: N2998) (NGC ID# 25DP, PCGS# 7586)
