Description:
1914-D Quarter Eagle, MS64
First Generation Holder
1914-D $2 1/2 MS64 PCGS. CAC. A khaki-gold representative of the middle Denver issue of the series. As one might expect, the 1914-D is rarer than the 1925-D but more prevalent than the 1911-D. This is a sharply struck near-Gem with exemplary luster, clean fields, and a couple of tiny ticks on the cheekbone. Certified in a first generation holder.(Registry values: N2998) (NGC ID# 2899, PCGS# 7947)
