Early Islam, lot of three (3) Arab-Sasanian and Arab-Bukharan coins.  Includes: (1) Arab-Sasanian, al-Muhallab b. Abi Sufra, circa 75-79 / 694-698, silver drachm (3.98g, 30mm), ART (Ardashir-Khurra), AH76, A-31, citing the regional governor Farrukhzad in the Pahlavi script in ObQ3, tiny trace of mount.// (2) Arab-Sasanian, anonymous copper pashiz (3.76g, 23mm), without mint or date, abestan to left and word tentatively interpreted as habar to right on reverse, A-49X, Gyselen-52. // (3) Arab-Bukharan, al-Amin, silver drachm (2.34g, 25mm), standard type, A-95, without mint & date, as always, superb strike. Note: Al-Amin was the son of the 'Abbasid caliph al-Rashid, heir apparent 175-193 / 791-809, later caliph 193-198 / 809-813. All coins quite rare. Good Very Fine to Extremely Fine.
