Description:
1841 $10 XF45 PCGS. Light yellow surfaces exhibit deep orange toning around the devices and borders of this pleasing piece. The mintage of 63,131 was a significant total in the pre-gold rush days. Enough of these have survived that nearly anyone who wants one can reach their goal, unless a high quality piece is desired. Mint State examples are extremely rare.(Registry values: N991) (NGC ID# 262H, PCGS# 8582)
