Premium Gem 1926-D Mercury Dime1926-D 10C MS66 Full Bands PCGS. The Denver Mint seems to have taken more care striking the Mercury dime in 1926 that any other silver or minor denomination then in production. This does not mean that Full Bands representatives are plentiful in today's market. On the contrary, PCGS reports only 17 coins in MS66 Full Bands, and there is only one finer (1/06). This coin is fully lustrous with a well frosted finish on snow-white surfaces. The strike is sharp with separated crossbands, and excellent peripheral detail overall.(Registry values: N2998) (NGC ID# 23HS, PCGS# 4957)
