1858 P1C Flying Eagle Cent, Judd-202, Pollock-245-246, R.5-7, PR63 PCGS. The hook-necked eagle obverse, generally attributed to Longacre, is paired with several reverses during the year, here with ONE CENT in a simple laurel wreath. Struck in copper-nickel with a plain edge. Sold by the Mint as one of the designs which was part of a 12-piece set of patterns of this year. Deeply mirrored with irregular splashes of darker coloration on each side.(#11867) (PCGS# 11867)
