Brightly Reflective 1858 Indian Cent Pattern1858 P1C Indian Cent, Judd-212, Pollock-263, R.4, PR65 NGC. The centered date variant with a rounded bust tip. As with the piece below, this pattern is similar to the regular issue Indian cent but with a broad, ornamented shield at the top of the reverse and broad rims. Struck in copper-nickel with a plain edge. The surfaces are generally light in color, as one would expect from the composition, and slight, darker haziness in the fields.
