Description:
Attractive Gem 1870 Pattern Half Dime in Copper, Judd-833
1870 10C Ten Cents, Judd-833, Pollock-923, R.6-7, PR65 Red and Brown PCGS. This Seated Liberty obverse by William Barber is paired with a regular dies reverse, used on all other regular reverse patterns, 1864-1874. Struck in copper with a reeded edge. The original copper surfaces show moderate mellowing with some of the original mint luster still intact on each side. Overall, a very pleasing coin with good reflectivity in the fields. (PCGS# 71077)
