1875 20C Twenty Cents, Judd-1414, Pollock-1557, R.7, PR65 ...
Lovely Gem Proof 1875 Copper Twenty Cents, Judd-14141875 20C Twenty Cents, Judd-1414, Pollock-1557, R.7, PR65 Red and Brown NGC. The obverse and reverse design is the same as that used to produce 1875 twenty-cent pieces. The letters of LIBERTY are raised. Struck in copper, with a plain edge. This lovely Gem displays razor-sharp striking details, and highly reflective, seemingly pristine surfaces, that are both carbon-free and contact-free. The beautiful red-gold and tan-brown colors are mingled with cloudy, milky patina in the fields, and there are strong bursts of underlying multicolored iridescence when the coin is rotated beneath a bright light.
