Description:
1915 PR67 Buffalo Nickel
Carbon-Free and Lovely Toning
1915 5C PR67 PCGS Secure. Now, this is a nice coin. The surfaces appear to be completely free from carbon spotting, at least we do not see any with a strong loupe. Additionally each side is beautifully toned in shades of rose and lilac. The mintage was a low 1,050 proofs, and this is certainly one of the finest known. Population: 51 in 67 (2 in 67+), 2 finer (7/12).(Registry values: N2998) (NGC ID# 278U, PCGS# 3992)
