Glittering Gem Proof 1885 Gold Proof1885 G$1 PR65 PCGS. An exquisitely preserved specimen that derives it beauty from hairline-free fields that glimmer with mirrored brilliance. The 1885 is one of the more available proof gold dollars, having a generous mintage of 1,105 pieces, although its availability at the Gem level is far more limited.
