Pleasing PR64 Cameo 1893 Quarter Eagle
1893 $2 1/2 PR64 Cameo NGC. An attractive Choice Cameo specimen from this issue with a stated mintage of 106 proofs. Yellow-gold is dominant, though occasional orange and honey hues grace parts of the fields. Beautifully detailed with solid contrast, though faint hairlines are present in the fields. Census: 7 in 64 Cameo, 6 finer (9/08).(Registry values: P2) (NGC ID# 288G, PCGS# 87919)
