Description:
1898 Quarter Eagle, PR61 Cameo
1898 $2 1/2 PR61 Cameo NGC. Although the fields are a trifle busy with contact marks, this lovely proof quarter eagle has solidly mirrored fields and satin devices, providing obvious contrast. This piece would make a wonderful addition to a gold type set. Census: 7 in 61 Cameo, 50 finer (1/14).(Registry values: P2) (NGC ID# 288M, PCGS# 87924)
