The color of this coin closely resembles a 1908 with its deep brownish-khaki coloration. The depth of color is really quite remarkable and would serve to accent and highlight any surface flaws or shiny spots on the coin. But we see no defects on this remarkable piece. A coin of unsurpassable beauty that we doubt could be equaled, much less bettered, in terms of either technical grade or eye appeal. Census: 9 in 67, 2 finer (9/05).
