Description:
1864 $1 PR60 PCGS. Deeply reflective fields and showing modest contrast with the lightly frosted devices. Though lightly hairlined, the intense depth of the mirrors in the fields tends to overpower these post-striking deficiencies, making this a premium coin for the grade. A small russet-brown splotch, near the outer edge of the eagle's right (facing) wing, is noted as a possible future pedigree marker.(Registry values: N1793) (NGC ID# 252J, PCGS# 7007)
