1890 25C PR63 PCGS. A needle-sharp specimen that has attractive surfaces and dusky dove-gray patina. Tiny planchet flaws (as made) below the N in IN and west of the Q in the denomination serve as pedigrees. Only 590 pieces were struck.(#5591) (NGC ID# 23XN, PCGS# 5591)
