1891 25C PR65 PCGS. Lovely deep tan, electric-blue, turquoise-green, gold, and rose patina covers the obverse and reverse surfaces of this generally sharp Gem proof. About half of the obverse stars exhibit centril weakness. Seemingly pristine and with great eye appeal.
