1850 H10C MS66 NGC. A rare survivor at this grade level, this Premium Gem displays well-defined design elements and attractive luster. Due to the bullion value of silver in the 1850s, the weight of silver coins was reduced, beginning in 1853, and the earlier coins were hoarded and melted, leaving few examples for future generations of collectors.
