Location: Orlando, FL
Description:
1855-S 25C Arrows AU53 ANACS. The 1855-S was the first quarter dollar issued in the newly-opened San Francisco mint. Almost 400,000 pieces were struck but attrition took a heavy toll on this issue, as small change was so badly needed in the channels of commerce in California at the time. The surfaces are light-gray, with even wear, numerous wispy field blemishes, and a few possible hairlines.
From the Morris Geiger Collection.(#5437) (Registry values: P7) (NGC ID# 23UA, PCGS# 5437)

If my clients were to auction something of significance, having Mike as the auctioneer would be a deal maker as far as I am concerned.
