1866 25C Motto VF25 PCGS. Among the scarcer P-mint issues in the Seated quarter series, the 1866 was produced to the extent of only 17,525 pieces. This is a moderately, yet evenly worn example whose surfaces are problem-free for the grade. Toned in dark-gray shades with lighter coloration on the eagle.
