1873 25C Open 3 MS64 PCGS. Briggs 1-A. Mottled mauve and gray patina decorates the well preserved surfaces. An exquisitely struck near-Gem that is rarely encountered in such lofty Mint State grades. Scarcer than the Arrows variety of this date. Population: 5 in 64, 4 finer (8/03).
