Description:
1886 25C MS62 NGC. The fields are prooflike, as almost always seen, and yield sharp contrast with mildly frosted, exquisitely struck design elements. Wisps of cobalt-blue, violet, and gray-tan concentrate at the borders. Some wispy obverse marks show up under magnification. Very scarce in Mint State, from a mintage of 5,000 pieces.
