Description:
1876-CC $1 Doubled Die Reverse AU53 PCGS. FS-801. Type One Obverse and Reverse. Tall CC. Widely die doubled on the branch above FINE. The eagle's beak and other areas also exhibit broad doubling. Discovered in 1984 by Jack Beymer and listed for many years in the Guide Book. Lightly toned golden-gray with ample luster and blemish-free surfaces.(Registry values: P4) (PCGS# 97042)
