Description:

1950-D/S Quarter, MS67
Interesting Variety in Top Grade
1950-D/S 25C MS67 PCGS. CAC. FS-601. The curve of the undermintmark S is visible at the top left and top side of the subsequent D, one of several fun Cherrypickers' varieties known for this issue. This Superb Gem example is one of a mere two known at PCGS, and none are finer (4/13). The surfaces are silvery throughout both sides, with just a light blush of toning, thorough luster, and excellent eye appeal. As demanded of the grade, there are no singular marks anywhere, and the strike is as sharp as ever seen on the issue. This is an essential for Registry Set variety collectors, and the CAC sticker provides added attraction.(Registry values: N1793) (NGC ID# 245U, PCGS# 5843)
