I can't register.
There is a known incompatibility between the WebTV interface and our registration process. If you are a WebTV user and would like to sign up for our site, please contact us through the form below.
I tried to register, but never got my confirmation email.
If you don't receive the confirmation e-mail within a few minutes, please check your SPAM folder, and report this to your ISP. Some ISPs, such as AOL, Yahoo and Hotmail deliver mail slowly or not at all, which is beyond our control. Click here for more information about finding your SPAM folder and white listing HA.com.
Also, please add Bid@HA.com to your address book to help ensure you receive requested e-mails.
Nothing happens when I click on my account registration link.
Some e-mail software disables the links in text e-mails, primarily AOL. Please copy and paste the entire link into the space to the left of the "Go" button at the top of your AOL window, and then either click "Go" or hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard. This should complete the registration.
I am having problems Logging-In; it sends me to the Home Page when I am trying to access features such as MyBids and the Permanent Auction Archives.
Your username and password are correct, but a security setting somewhere on your computer is not allowing our site to save the information necessary to know that you've logged in. Please read our Website Tips for more information. If you have recently installed a firewall and are experiencing this behavior you will probably need to ensure that Heritage is treated as a trusted site in order to use the member-only features, and in extreme cases, you may need to disable your firewall while on our site. Please note that bidding is NOT affected by this behavior.
BIDDING & PAGE ERRORS
I get an error when trying to access a page or place a bid.
We are very interested to hear the details of any errors you may encounter on our site. First, please try the action again from a new browser window. Secondly, fill out the form
below with as much detail as you can provide relating to the error. Include information like "what page did you come from?", "were you logged in?", "what browser and version are you using?, " and "what specific error did you receive?"
I can't bid, even though I registered.
You must activate your registration with Heritage by clicking on a link in an e-mail we send to you as soon as you enter your information. Please check your mailbox for this e-mail. AOL and Verizon users may need to check your Spam/Bulk/Junk e-mail folder.
I tried to enter a coin into MyCollection™, and it didn't work.
The MyCollection feature is known to conflict with certain firewall software. When this happens, MyCollection will sometimes show that no coins are available to add when it should give you a listing of available coins. If you see this behavior and have firewall software installed on your computer, you can either configure your software to trust HA.com, or you can temporarily disable such software while you add your coins.
