Description

Gem Quality 1928 Hawaiian Half

1928 50C Hawaiian MS65 PCGS. Like many Hawaiian half dollars in numismatic circulation today, this piece has a distinctive combination of subtle gray and lime toning, each color covering part of the obverse and reverse surface. It seems that these pieces are from the 1986 auction sale of pieces from the Bank of Hawaii holdings. This example has excellent surfaces with strong design details.(Registry values: N2998)
