1798 $1 Large Eagle, Pointed 9, Four Berries, B-8, BB-125, R.2, VG8 NGC. Bowers Die State V with three obverse stars and UNITED nearly absent due to die failure. The obverse appears to have only ten stars! A lightly abraded cream-gray example with a small mint-made obverse edge flaw at 8 o'clock and a streak of slightly granular texture between the ER in AMERICA.From The Twelve Oaks Collection.
