Description

1916-D 50C MS65 PCGS. The 1916-D Walking Liberty half dollar claims a smallish first-year mintage of just over 1 million pieces, but a number of high-quality examples were saved for their novelty value. This spectacular Gem offers well-detailed design elements, with just a touch of softness on the eagle's leg. The well-preserved surfaces are lustrous and appealing, with highlights of sea-green toning at the peripheries.
