Conditionally Rare 1917-S Dime, MS67 Full Bands
1917-S 10C MS67 Full Bands NGC. This is a frosty, snow-white example of this conditionally scarce San Francisco issue. Full struck and pristine, with just a trace of gold toning near the top of Liberty's cap, and a tiny dot of apricot color on the lower reverse, just above D in DIME. This second-year issue is scarce in Mint State with Full Bands, and rare as a Full Bands Superb Gem. Census: 3 in 67, 1 finer (12/07).
