Description
1930-S 25C MS67 ★ NGC. Although a common date in low grades, the 1930-S is a condition rarity above Gem Uncirculated. The head is slightly weak on this piece, but it is better than average for the issue, and the only other area of softness is on a couple of rivets. Pleasing hazel toning graces the surfaces of this minimally marked specimen. NGC has certified only one other 1930-S (also a Superb Gem) with the coveted Star designation (7/08).
