1878 7/8TF $1 Strong MS64 Deep Mirror Prooflike PCGS. VAM-36. The prooflike version of the 7/8 Tailfeathers was recognized as a rarity at least from the mid-1970s. An increasing number of 1878 specialists are also assembling doubled tailfeather sets by VAM variety. This is a deeply reflective coin that shows generous amounts of mint frost over the devices.
