Wilhelm II bronze "Prince Ruler Luitpold" Medal 1912-Dated MS62 Brown NGC, Kienast-18. 79mm. 149.8gm. By Karl Goetz. Bust right / Seven lines of text divided by crucified Christ, lions and two coat of arms. Struck to commemorate the death of Prince Regent Luitpold, ruler of Bavaria. Terracotta tone permeates the fields, providing a nice contrast to the otherwise bronzy patina. Accompanied by the original embroidered case of issue.Metal: AE
